Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data of readers is processed when they visit ratedial.net, by whom, why, on what legal basis, and how to control it. It is published under Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Online Privacy Protection Act and the data protection laws of the other countries where the site is read.
Information about data recipients is current as of November 8, 2026.
1. Controller
The controller of personal data and owner of the site is [operator name to be published] ([registration details to be published]), address: [address to be published], country of registration: [to be published].
Contact for personal data matters, requests and objections: [contact address to be published].
2. What data is processed and why
The site has no registration, forms or comments: we do not ask for your name, phone number, address or any other details. Data arises automatically when you visit pages.
Technical request data — IP address, date and time of the request, page address and referring page, browser and device information. It is received by the hosting provider that delivers the pages, so that the site works and is protected against attacks and abuse.
We do not make decisions producing legal effects for you based on this data, and we do not process special categories of personal data.
3. Cookies and data recipients
Cookies are small files that the site or services connected to it store in your browser.
The site has no analytics or advertising and sets no cookies of its own, so it does not ask for consent.
Who receives data, for what purpose, which data, and in which country:
| Recipient | Purpose | Data | Cookies on this site's domain | Country | Recipient's policy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare (Pages) — Cloudflare, Inc. (processes on our behalf) | Necessary | IP address, date and time of the request, page address, referring page, browser and device information | — | United States | open |
Recipients marked “processes on our behalf” use the data only to provide their service to us.
4. Legal bases
- Technical request data — the controller’s legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. International transfers
The country of each recipient is shown in the table in section 3.
For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, data is transferred to recipients outside these territories, including to countries without an adequacy decision. Transfers rely on the mechanisms provided in the recipient’s terms (usually standard contractual clauses); data protection in such countries may be weaker.
6. Retention
- Recipients keep cookies and data for the periods set in their policies (linked in the table).
- The site has no server or visitor database of its own: pages are served by the hosting provider.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your data and a copy of it;
- have incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully processed data corrected, restricted or erased;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or go to court.
Residents of the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (and the equivalent provisions of the UK GDPR and Swiss law), including data portability and the right to complain to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Residents of the United States — the right to know what data has been collected, to obtain a copy, to correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale, of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data for money.
Exercising your rights will not result in worse treatment; an authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf.
Do Not Track. The site does not change its behaviour in response to Do Not Track browser signals: there is no common standard for them.

If you believe we have received such data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
